Connor

Founder & Owner

Born and raised in Greenville, NC, Connor brings deep local roots and a strong connection to the community. His passion for construction and property maintenance started early, and now he's dedicated to raising the standard for exterior property care in his hometown.

Xavier

Founder & Owner

Originally from Cary, North Carolina, Xavier brings an outside perspective combined with the same work ethic and attention to detail. Together with Connor, he built Pirate Property Care on reliability, discipline, and pride in their work.
